Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms apply to your use of ataaacertificationacademy.com and the courses offered by @AAA Certification Academy(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate information, including your legal name, which is printed on your certificate.
• Keep your password private. Each account is for one person only.
• You must complete courses and exams yourself, without help from another person.

Courses and certificates

• Course access starts after your payment is confirmed and lasts at least one year.
• A Certificate of Completion is issued when you meet all course requirements, including passing the final exam.
• We may cancel a certificate that was earned by cheating, identity misuse, or payment fraud.
• Course content is educational and is not legal advice. Laws and rules can change; you and your employer remain responsible for following all applicable laws.

Refund policy

• You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not started the course (no lessons completed).
• Once you have started the course or earned a certificate, the purchase is not refundable.
• If you were charged twice or had a technical problem we cannot fix, we will make it right.
• To ask for a refund, contact us at ataaacertificationacademy@gmail.com with the email address on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, share, or resell course content; try to break into accounts or systems; or use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

The site and courses are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course involved.
